Our take
I've been using the G2490VX for a few days, and it's a solid budget gaming monitor. The 144Hz and 1ms response are a given for smooth gameplay, and the VA panel provides decent contrast. Adaptive-Sync works well to eliminate tearing when paired with a compatible GPU. The stand is basic with no height adjustment, but it's VESA mountable. Colors out of the box are a bit off; I had to tweak settings. For the price, it's a good value if you can live with the limited ergonomics.
